We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious professional who has a passion for renewable energy and who wants to succeed at every level of one's professional path or occupation,  personally, professionally, and financially. We will be promoting Energy Efficiency with Residential Energy saving with  Residential Solar for home owners and commercial properties.

As a representative, you will have the first contact with decision-makers. You will guide them on our company, services, and the benefits of saving on their Utilities. You will be booking sales appointments for homeowners and commercial property business owners.
Role Overview:
* You’ll be selling residential  & commercial renewable energy directly to our ideal client base.
* You’ll be generating leads and closing new clients in residential & commercial  areas.
* You’ll attend 2-3 team meetings and sales training every week virtually and in person.
* You’ll help families save money through our customer-centric business model.
* You’ll be helping our planet transition to renewable energy.

Compensation:
* Commission Based
* Average earnings for representative fall between 60K - 102K/ year
Requirements:
* Experienced preferred but not required
* Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
* Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
* Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
* Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
* Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed
